We’ll set you up with everything you need to successfully track your customer sales, accounts receivable, payables, accounting processes, monthly close, etc. If you are a new company starting out, or an established firm hoping to better streamline your accounting and financial processes, we can help! This engagement includes the following:

 

• Determine best accounting software for your business/review accounting software already in place.  Data entry if required.

 

• Set up best practices and procedures for accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly bank reconciliations and other financial/admin tasks.

 

• Review financials on a regular basis, keeping management apprised of any general business issues that may come up, and recommendations for mitigation.

 

• Train your current staff in all aspects of business operations that we have implemented and/or continue to maintain your books as an outside business operations consultant, if appropriate (this requires an add-on contract).
